Grenada's Citizenship by Investment Program, launched in 2013, offers investors and their families unique benefits.
Applicants have two options to acquire citizenship through the Grenada Citizenship by Investment Program:
Obtaining citizenship of Grenada through a non-refundable fund contribution, with the amount of the donation contribution determined by the number and age of applicants.
Investing in a Government-approved real estate project, such as freehold property with a title deed, hotel shares, fractional ownership, or land.
In addition to the purchase of real estate, there are Government fees to be paid.
In addition to the required investment, there are other costs for the Grenadian citizenship program, which are Citizenship Invest professional fees, documents certifications when applicable, courier fees, and other small disbursements. If you wish to receive a detailed quotation outlining all costs, please get in touch with us.
To guarantee the integrity of the citizenship program, the government mandates compulsory background checks conducted by a preferred due diligence agency appointed by them. These checks use various international and local sources, such as Interpol, World-Check, and other government agencies.
The Grenada Citizenship by Investment program has successfully attracted wealthy investors from all over the world. The investment funds are safe as they are only payable once the citizenship application is approved by the Government. Citizenship Invest is helping hundreds of families to obtain the citizenship and passport of Grenada.
Citizenship Invest (CI) will pre-screen your passport to initiate the application process and down payment for professional fees are payable to start your application.
The team at CI will help you collect the necessary documents. Once your file is complete and ready for submission, you must pay the Government Processing Fees, Due Diligence Fees, and CI submission invoice. CI will submit the application on your behalf.
After completing the necessary background checks, the due diligence agency will generate a report for the Government to carry out their evaluation. The Government will then determine the outcome of your Grenada Citizenship based on this assessment. If the Government approves your application, CI will invite you to make the required donation or investment to complete the process.
After your Citizenship Certificate and passport are issued, at this stage the remaining balance of CI’s professional fee will be payable. You can collect them from our office or we can courier them to your country of residence.
